Creating a public campaign or a private Qaaraan is free. There are no upfront charges to launch.
Platform fee
A small platform fee is deducted from each donation to cover operations, support, and secure infrastructure.
Payment processing
Card and mobile-money providers charge their own processing fee, which is taken before funds reach us.
Payouts
Payouts to verified organizers are processed after review. Standard payout timing depends on the method chosen.
